DELIVERY

 

When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 48 hours. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.

If a product is personalised the lead time can be up to 14 days. 

We will contact you directly to make arrangements for delivery of your order. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.

We offer three options for delivery:

NATIONWIDE Speed Services to your local post office counter -  R65

NATIONWIDE Speed Services to your house/office - R150

Econoparcel with trackingnumber to your local post office counter - Flat rate of R25.


If your order was not delivered, or was delivered faulty, it is insured and will be replaced immediately.

 

Post Office Boxes
We make use of Speed Services and they deliver to your nearest Post Office counter, the parcels are not delivered to your actual postal address, they must be collected at the nearest Post Office counter where you ordinarily collect parcels. This service is nationwide and you will be supplied with a tracking number that will allow you to trace and track your parcel online at www.speedservices.co.za. The current flat of R60 applies to all packages. If you select the Speed Services option please ensure that your shipping address details a valid postal address and contact number.

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept payments through Monsterpay.

What is Monsterpay?


Monsterpay is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. You might think of Monsterpay as a big credit card machine. They will "run" your card for the seller. Wishing Star will never see your credit card number.

 

Alternatively payment can be made through Direct Deposit into our bank account:

Please mail us your order and we will mail you an invoice with our banking details - no problem!

 

If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you. If you choose, it will go onto a back order and as soon as it comes into stock, we will contact you to make payment. Delivery is only charged (if applicable) to the initial order.

 

PRICES

 

All prices shown on this website are in South African Rands (R) and are exempt of VAT. Currently, Wishing Star is not required to register for VAT purposes and therefore all goods and supplies are exempt.

 

GIFT WRAPPING

 

We can wrap your gifts and send them directly to the recipient, together with a hand-written card with your personal message. Simply tick the gift wrap box at the checkout and enter your message. You will also be given the opportunity to enter a delivery address that may be different to your billing address.

Gift wrapping is free.

We guarantee that our gift wrap will look fabulous when it arrives on the door step of the recipient!

 

NOT HAPPY?

 

We want you to love your order from Wishing Star. If you are not happy with your order you can return your order within 7 days for a full exchange or refund. No cash refunds, a credit note will be issued for your next purchase.

We work hard to maintain very high quality standards for all Wishing Star products. However if you do receive a faulty or damaged product we will of course replace or refund in cash (including the original delivery charge if applicable).

 

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.

Unfortunately, delivery and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of delivery and either refund in cash, credit note or exchange the goods. Please check carefully before returning any item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will confirm when your return or exchange has been processed.
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
